Stunning Grounds and Exceptional Service

I recently celebrated my wife's 40th birthday at this beautiful hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The stunning historic architecture and lush gardens provided a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for leisurely walks. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring we felt special throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was the limited availability of spa treatments, as they were fully booked during our visit.

Had an awesome time with friends. Explored the stunning grounds and the enchanting manor, which dates back to the 13th century. The outside tennis court was a hit too! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were really friendly. Just a tip – watch for minor issues during check-in.

New Hall Hotel & Spa truly captivates with its stunning architecture and friendly service.

we had a amazin time at the new hall hotel! the grounds r so pretty n peaceful, felt like being in another world. staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the spa. our room was cozy n clean, just loved it. the breakfast in bed was the cherry on top, such a treat!

however, the pool was a bit too cool for my liking n it took forever to get someone to show us to our table at dinner.

The spa facilities feel cramped, with limited treatments available in awkward places. Parking management during events needs a serious overhaul!!! a bit of organization during peak times would greatly enhance the experience!!!

We had an amazing time enjoying the stunning gardens and delicious food in the restaurant, which really added to our stay. The indoor pool and spa facility were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The only downside was a bit of noise from an event, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😊

I recently spent a delightful weekend at this historic hotel, and the experience was just wonderful. The beautiful grounds and tranquil setting made for a perfect retreat, while the dining options exceeded my expectations with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff's attentiveness truly enhanced our stay, making us feel valued throughout. the complexity of the billing system was a bit confusing, which could use improvement.

While the grounds are breathtaking and the staff are quite friendly, the dining experience fell short. the menu choices were often bland and the service lacked finesse. Despite these issues, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the hotel has potential for a great stay.

exploring parks and nature reserves nearby is a delight

The hotel grounds and building are stunningly attractive, making it a lovely base for exploring the nearby Sutton Park National Nature Reserve, which is just over 2 km away and perfect for a long weekend stroll through nature.

We had a fantastic time here! The tennis court and the stunning grounds really made our stay memorable. We also explored the charming local area and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Just a heads-up, it took a bit longer to get served in the restaurant during peak times, but it was worth the wait!

Service was a bit slow during our stay, especially around mealtimes, which might be expected due to high occupancy.
